Having received her diploma in piano at the “B.Marcello” Conservatory of Venice at a young age, she subsequently studied piano with Jacques Rouvier, Konstantin Bogino and with Andrea Lucchesini. Also, she graduated with a Master in Musicology at the Cremona University of Music and a master in Solist Performance at the “Monteverdi” Conservatory in Cremona. She is the winner of numerous national and international piano competitions for chamber music and has played as a soloist with numerous orchestras in Italy and throughout Europe.

She has participated at various festivals including the Festival of St. Riquier, the Festival of Montpellier, the Chamber Music Festival of Kuhmo (Finland), the Festival Delle Nazioni in Città di Castello, Kromberg and Malta Arts Festival. She has performed concerts in prestigious locations such as the La Pergola of Florence, Sala Verdi in Milan, Beethoven Saal of Vienna, the Kuhmo Hall of Seoul, Carnegie Hall of New York, Kitara Hall in Sapporo. Her keen interest in chamber music has brought her to play in a number of groups, with a predilection for cello and piano repertoire.

Also, Monica has played accompaniment at many important competitions and at advanced classes for artists such as Salvatore Accardo, Julius Berger, Mario Brunello, Ana Chumachenko, Enrico Dindo, Rocco Filippini, Peter-Lukas Graf, Gordon Hunt, Michail Kugel, Massimo Quarta, Danilo Rossi, Dora Schwarzberg, Pavel Vernikov, with many of whom she performed concerts duets.
